[뉴라이프] 미얀마 노동 이민국 산하 기술 개발부는 2018-2019 회계연도에 30여개 업종에 대한 숙련공 3,000여명이 배출될 계획이라고 밝혔다. 현재 5,000여명이 지원을 하여 그중 3,800명이 3,400명은 새로운 기술을 훈련받고 있다고 한다. 2014년부터 2018년 1월까지 총 4,300명의 숙련공이 배출되었다고 한다. 앞으로 미얀마 국가 기술 자격 관리청(National Skil Standards Authority, NSSA)은 근무지에 바로 투입할 수 있는 숙련공 양성에 집중할 것이라고 한다.
